Rex Morgan & the culinary crew at Boulcott Street Bistro have created an entry for the Wellington restaurant event Wellington On a Plate Burger Wellington competition that’s not for the faint hearted.
The T-Rex Burger is made from Preston’s Hereford BBQ short rib and ground chuck patty with horseradish celery salad and beetroot relish, with handcut fries is served on a shoulder bone, held in place by a rib bone with the spicy sauce condiment served in a cannon bone.
